WC GOTHIC REVIVAL: AMERICAN SADDLEBRED STALLION

Not only is Gothic a fabulous show horse , but he is also a successful breeding stallion. With limited breeding, he has sired stakes winners, G.V. Silver Oak and Summer Cocktail.

WC Gothic Revival was foaled in 2002 and bred by Melissa Moore of Sunrise Stables, in Versailles, Kentucky. He was then selected by Lionel Ferreria for John Bulmer of Herdforshire, England.
The colt was brought along slowly by Lionel and Donna Moore, and captured the blue at his first harness outing as a three year old at the 2005 Mercer County Fair & Horse Show. He went on to win at the Shelbyville Horse Show in the harness division, and then finished a wonderful year with the World's Champion Three Year Old Fine Harness Stallion/Gelding title at the Louisville World's Championship Horse Show.
Joan Adler, under the direction of Melissa Moore, then purchased the flashy colt for her Tri-Color Saddlebreds, LLC. Joan began to campaign Gothic during his four year old year.
For the next eight years, Joan and Gothic would go on to become an unstoppably successful pair. They collected not only three Reserve World's Championship titles in the Fine Harness Amateur Ladies Division, but also won an impressive five times at the Lexington Junior League Horse Show. Joan and Gothic have wins at nearly every show on the tough Kentucky circuit.
A true testament to Gothic's wonderful nature is that he could breed a mare in the morning, and then be driven by Joan to a successful win in the afternoon. An impossible feat for many stallions, and the success made even more impressive by the fact that he had an amateur lady at the whip.
Gothic has a huge heart and "can-do" attitude, which has helped him to over come several major surgeries that would have had many horses retired long before they were able to achieve the success' that Gothic has. He is a horse that truly gives his all, every time out. He has proven to pass that impressive trait, along with many others, to his get.
As of 2017 Gothic Revival is now a World Champion sire. In only his third year officially standing stud his colt out of Radiant Talent, G.V. Silver Oak won the World Champion Juvenile Country Pleasure 14-17 division 1. In addition Sommer Justice and G.V. Silver Oak brought home the National Juvenile Country Pleasure Championship for the second year in a row.
WC Gothic Revival is not only a World Champion Sire, he passes on his good attitude to his offspring making them very trainable, good thinking, and suitable for amateurs and juveniles. He also tends to pass on quite a bit of his chrome.
